DELIVERY DELAYS
Please note we do our best to provide you with quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur.
If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient, give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it.
You’ve given it a few days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:
STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order.
STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letterbox stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It’s also a good idea to check with neighbors and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.

By placing an order at My peta in Wonderland , you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to MyPetsInWonderland. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

International buyers, please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services, or busy periods of the year i.e. Christmas, holiday, etc.
If your package is marked as delivered in your country, but you have not received anything, please call you local post and they will be able to assist. For some reason, they mark the package as delivered when it arrives at your local post office.
Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Please double-check your shipping information after your order has been placed. MyPetsInWonderland will not be responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, it is up to the delivery driver to decide if the package is safe to be left or not. If the driver deems it unsafe to leave the package, the driver will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend’s address).
